How to find the volume of a rectangular prism?
To find the volume of a rectangular prism, you need to multiply its length, width, and height.
The formula for the volume of a rectangular prism is:
V = l × w × h
Where:
V is the volume of the rectangular prism
l is the length of the rectangular prism
w is the width of the rectangular prism
h is the height of the rectangular prism
For example, given a rectangular prism with a length of 4 units, a width of 3 units, and a height of 5 units.
Using the formula, the volume would be:
V = 4 × 3 × 5 = 60 cubic units.
Therefore, the volume of the rectangular prism is 60 cubic units.
